How SafeReport Works
SafeReport is designed to keep private reporting separate from anything that may later become public. Each stage has a different purpose, and moving forward requires review rather than automatic publication.
1. Private report
A person starts a private safety report and may add supporting information. Private reports are not public accusations and are not search-engine content.
2. Human review
Authorized reviewers examine the report, identity details, and supporting information. Automation may assist with organization, but people make material review decisions.
3. Pattern review
Separate incidents may be compared for repeated people, groups, events, places, or other factors. Pattern review does not create an automatic guilt score.
4. Independent review
A separate authorized reviewer can evaluate the current decision before a case is eligible to move toward public-display preparation.
5. Public eligibility
Eligibility is a separate decision. It does not publish a private report. It only allows a sanitized public-display process to begin.
6. Sanitized public information
Public information, when permitted, is created as a separate record with privacy, wording, freshness, and approval controls. Private evidence and reporter information stay private.
